On the ground floor is the living area, kitchen and bathroom, then you go upstairs to the mezzanine which has two single beds, up again to the first floor where the main double bedroom is situated. You can walk out onto the balcony on the upper floor where there is a marble table and seating area. The area is covered making it a perfect spot for enjoying a meal as well as the sea view. The house is airconditioned and the kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including a fridge, washing machine, coffee machine and small oven with hobs. You can find whatever you might need within walking distance: bakery, grocers and green grocers with fresh local produce, post office and a variety of cafes and restaurants to choose from.
The house due to its location is perfect for holiday makers who wish to be in a central location and not to rely on transport. The island has a regular bus service which connects the other villages. Beaches can be reached by car, bus or by boat. During the summer months, small boats take holiday makers to Naoussa's surrounding beaches. Naoussa is full of natural sights and has a rich history: The Venetian castle ruins, the Mycenaean Acropolis in nearby Kolimbithres, as well as the quaint fishing port. Parikia has many attractions: the Church of Ekatodapyliani, the Frankish Castle and the sanctuary of Apollo to name but a few.
